Arlene has been a real estate consultant for eleven years, and has lived in Palo Alto for almost 25 years. Arlene majored in molecular biology at the University of San Francisco. Prior to her very successful real estate career, Arlene was a leader in the marketing and sales in the computer industry. She is very involved as a volunteer in the outstanding local schools. Her first son played varsity basketball at Palo Alto High School, and graduated from UC Berkeley. Her second son is attending middle school. He is involved in athletics. Arlene is an avid marathon runner and believes strongly in staying fit.

A broker since 1984, Ken's years of experience highlight his enthusiasm, warmth, caring, and attention to detail. He gives his clients the advantage of someone that knows the community and neighborhoods well, as he has lived in Palo Alto since 1970. A graduate of Stanford University, he has traveled a majority of the world, providing him the insight and ability to understand all cultures. He has many interesting experiences to share with his clients no matter where they were raised.

Ken enjoys people and is skilled in the art of searching for knowledge and information, which provides him insight into the best way to assist his clients. "My client's future is more important to me than an immediate sale." As a real estate consultant, Ken has the ability to help the client realize and reach their real estate goals.

Ken spends his time working with the local community. He has been active in Habitat for Humanity, which contributes to his extensive knowledge of housing construction. He also has coached basketball for over 30 years to kids of all ages locally and internationally - including 52 weeks with Coach John Wooden. He has incorporated much of John Wooden's Pyramid of Success into his real estate profession. Ken is presently involved in youth sports - basketball and baseball. Ken and Arlene also sponsor a Palo Alto majors little league baseball team - Morgan-Gault Homes.

When they have a buyer client, they are very successful in finding the perfect home for their client's needs, and work hard through skillful and intricate negotiating techniques to get the property for a very favorable price for the buyer. One key in working with a buyer, is to listen to what they say is important. If the property they desire is not currently available, Arlene and Ken keep working until they find it. Their buyers are very pleased with the service, research, and negotiating skills that go into a successful purchase.
